Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"An excellent introductory text to organization culture - accessible, research-based, and engaging for the reader. The authors have managed to fuse a review of research and practice across the diverse areas of organization culture and team working in organizations. This book deserves to be on the shelf of every student in HRM-OB and practicing manager with any remit toward organization change or development. The use of examples and case studies is particularly useful for the reader - this book is a valuable addition to this area." — Neil Anderson, Professor of HRM and Director of Research (WORC) Work and Organization Research Center, Brunel University, UK
