    This is an 'herbies' delight!

This book is fabulous and has it all. It starts by giving advice about planning an herb garden, with growing specifics for 101 herbs. The author is a professional grower and has lots of advice on organic techniques. She includes how to harvest and use the herbs you have grown in preparations. This book is good for beginners, but definately goes beyond that. If you have any thoughts about growing herbs professionally, read this book!
