    Beginners may benefit, but slanted

Skip this one, there's just too many good books for newcoming Christians out there, that won't mislead you.
I purchased this pamphlet for a plane flight, it was a very quick read. The book is laid out to provide the Christian newcomer a step by step approach to growth and for that outline would I recommend it. However, much of the comments made are unsupported by scripture, or provide one as a footnote. Following up these I found most of them to be unrelated to the thread of discussion for which they were cited. The Christianity 101 series is published by a corporation that uses their misleading books to promote their denomination's doctrine, not to edify and illuminate God's adopted children.
