    Could be Better

Very extensive mathematics drills that I think helped me a lot. However, not much help for reading and also, had a list of so MANY grammar rules (like 40 pages) that you will never need for the SAT. Also, lots of mistakes on the practice tests and the practice tests don't even attempt to be similar to the real ones...the directions aren't even the same! However, if you'd like some hardcore drilling, this book does the job.

    great book!

the book has good strategies and very detailed answer explanations...bad thing is that many questions/problems are repeated in other sections of the book... but overall i do recommend this book, it is definitely helpful.

    gruber's mistakes

Gruber's book has SO many mistakes. The man doesn't know how to answer the questions that he made up. I wonder how much he paid the Chicago tribune to praise his book.
