    Interesting

There were a few grammar errors in the book but it definetly doesnt deserve all the bad reviews people are giving it. The novel is fantasy fiction if you don't like unrealistic things, fantasy fiction is a genre you need to stay away from. Every writer has the right to be heard without being ridiculed. If you rate a novel be professional and courteous. Think of if it was you, and you had an idea to bring to life and ignorant people tore you down. Authors get stonger in time. Being said, I enjoyed the plot. The author could have spent less time surrounding Gable's highschool life and elaborated on the ending more. I am not sure if it was left open for a sequel or that's the end. I look forward to seeing more from this author.

    Wonderful

A simple story, that isn't. A story with no trauma, conflict or downside. I have recommended this to family and friends and would have gladly paid for it

    Interesting Story

Very good story for many ages. Easy to read and understand. Totally enjoyable. Wish that it was longer.

    Disappointed

While the idea behind this short story was intriguing the book didn't appeal to me. The writing was too much like a teenage girl's wishful diary where all her dreams come true: academic achievement without effort, endless money and acclaim, love and power all for nothing on her part. No real action plot. It felt like the introduction to a series, but not one I am likely to follow.

    No conflict! So boring!

While this might be interesting as a real life, as a story meant to entertain it was lacking in what is the most important part of any kind of story- conflict. The only thing resembling conflict is the girl doubting herself and them guaranteeing that something important is going to happen in the future, but apparently the future isn'r until after the book ends. Furthermore, the character was a little unbelievable in that she doubted herself in everything, but not for a second did she doubt a teacher she just met when he told her she was a gryphon, nor did she ever ask why gryphons are half lion half eagle in mythology, but are almost identical to and, in fact, are a part of the human race. If given the choice to go back and read even a romance novel instead of this I would.

    z Gryphon

This book was good and people who like fantasy I guess would like it but I dont understand the big point. Theres never any action it just runs you through her life. At some parts I feel the other jumped to the idea to quickly. It was a fine book to read if there was no other or just to read on free time.

A great read, original idea, small mistakes, but a good read. It could have been longer...

    Very low quality

I can only guess that the people who rated this 5 stars know the author or don't read much. The writing is very poor quality with numerous gramatical and spelling errors. Futhermore, the story is very weak and comes across as a girl's daydream about being special. The idea is cute and could be developed into an interesting story... but this isn't that story. The author has a few good ideas, but is going to have to work a lot harder to write a good book.

    Poorly Written...not recommended

This is rife with grammatical errors and typos. It felt like I was reading the diary of a pre-high school kid (only they would have better writing mechanics). I had to abandon the story halfway though.I just couldn't take it anymore. Any sane person would be better off avoiding this story. I'm being liberal in calling it a story.I'm sure most authors would prefer not to be classified in the same group as this work of non-art.

    Horrible

It was horrible, it was about a girl who thinks she's smarter than everybody because she has these not even magical powers. She kept on getting drunk, then talking about her hangovers. Do not buy this book, I hated it and if you read it, you'll probably agree with me 110%

Good story - writing not so good

Before I got my Nook, i did not run into so many poorly written unedited stories. Come on, Nook. Please make sure the writers are actually capable writers and not eighth graders funnin' with you! Why should ebooks be poorly written and not even edited?

That said the story is actually fairly good if you can get past the writing.

Very short (32 pages) so I didn't waste too much of my life

I don't want to rip the author, because the story had potential. The issues I had with the 'book'.

    1. Needed someone to proof read. The misspellings, grammar errors, typos was amazing. It actually had me wondering if I could write a book and put it on BN.

    2. The story progressed very quickly. Maybe a good thing since it ended up being pretty weak.

    3. I'm not sure what happened at the end. I assume the author thought that was some kind of twist? The last few pages seemed to be building up to some clever ending, but it's like the author decided they didn't want to work on this book any longer.

So, kudos to the author for putting in the effort, but it didn't inspire me to look for more of the author's work.

Author, YOU ARE GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO.

I love the book, but i really wish that it would keep going. The ending leaves the book open to so many possibilities of where to go with it, but i was sad when it ended. I love it, but wish that the author would make a second book. Author (idk yhe name, srry), i love your work here, so please, make a second and let me tell you, ignore the bad reviews because YOU ARE AWESOME. Dont forget, there will always be haters out there ragging on your work, but dont give up.
