Overview

In Book Two, we delve deeper into the tragic world of the eighteen-year-old Estella, now left to
find her own way in a place that is less than forgiving of her kind. As she searches to fight for what
she loves, friends she had thought she had all but forgotten return, lending her a hand where she
thought none would be given. As she travels through the places one can only hope to dream, and
does, we find the significance in our time spent in slumber, and the game we all play to move
ahead.
In a story that rivals that of even the best of love tales, we find that looking into the deepest regions
of our soul opens a higher level of understanding about love, life, and all that it means to live. We
are here to guard what we hold most dear, and what we hope for above all is love...
Come visit a world where anything can still happen, in a place filled with humor and magic, tragedy
and sacrifice. It is when we are called into our darkest days that we find who we are, and the truth
behind all things...

    Misspelled words

You really need a proofreader that has attended school. I can hardly stand it. Plus words inserted with the wrong meanings.

    Heartbreakingly Good

I liked book one of the Feather Series so I decided to give this one a try. The truth is with the cliffhanger at the end of book one, I needed to see if Edgar survived. I really enjoyed the second book of the series. I think the author did an excellent job of conveying Elle's grief and hope; however, I do wish we found out more about what Edgar did in those three hundred or so years Elle was gone. It was a solid book that seems to references to Dante's Inferno and Journey to the Center of the Earth. I enjoyed it and would recommend it. Some people are sticklers for grammar and need a perfectly edited book, but I tend to see it from a plot prospective and the story is good. So, it has my vote.

    Great Read!

I highly recommending reading this book. The love between Elle and Edgar will touch anyone's heart. This story is not predictable and I really wasn't sure where it was going until the very end. I read a lot and one of the downfalls of being an avid reader is that it becomes easier to figure where a story is heading. Sometimes I won't even be halfway through a book and I'll know the ending. Feather kept me quessing and after I finished reading it, i purchased Guardian - book 2!
