    Concise, Useful, Engaging

    I majored in marketing years ago, and love books like this that make me wonder why in the world I got a four-year degree when books like this are out there. It's an easy and engaging read with useful examples that get your mind thinking in the right direction. I've had this book on loan for nearly two years. Maybe it's time I just bought my own copy...
