Enjoy very much for three reasons

I love this book and read it to my 21 month old daughter. It probably helped teach her the word yes. It also has the most amazing art work I have ever seen in a child's picture book. Certainly some content in the illustrations may be objectionable to some people, but I found it to be delightful and nothing that I would deem harmful to my child. Even more rewarding is that my child loves owls and there are many to be found in the illustrations as well as so much more beyond the other reviewers 'objectionable' content. It also has a nice message. I highly recommend it as something both a child and an adult can enjoy.

    very disappointed

After reading this book with my boys 5 & 8, we were going throught the pictures 'finding' things (max & and a monster from 'where the wild things are', ect) when I saw a button on the which's dress for the 'sex pistols' you can see it in 3 pictures. I am not one for book bashing, but this just seems unnecessary and inapporpriate.

    amazing detail!

Each page gives several clues to the answers of the questions for older readers to use inference to answer the questions. I enjoyed being able to look at the amazing detail in the illustrations while reading this to children and pointing out familiar objects to them.
