Guitar Fingerstyle

All Music Guide - Thom Owens
Narada's Guitar Fingerstyle presents a collection of the label's progressive new age, bluegrass, folk, and country guitarists who all believe they are exploring new avenues of guitar playing. Some of the musicians do come up with distinctive, fresh textures but just as many recycle old ideas professionally. Nevertheless, fans of mellow guitar music should seek this out -- there are some genuinely talented artists buried on the collection.

    Wonderful music to work by!

I have enjoyed listening to this album for months as I paint and make jewelry. The more one listens, the more subtlety and clarity comes through. The artists are extremely talented, varied and unique but so well chosen that the jump from track to track never becomes jarring. Truly a fine album that never becomes old. I have given this album as gifts to several friends who also enjoy it.
