I saw this cookbook as a coffee table book in a rented condo in Cape San Blas, FL. We made several recipes on that trip, and I located a used copy when I returned. It's been a main resource ever since, fun to read as well. The Shrimp Chippewa on p 103 & Florida Lobster Chardonnay on p 64 are to die for!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
