In some way, we're all leaders. We all have a time when we need

In some way, we're all leaders. We all have a time when we need to lead others. Some of us do this more than most, but we all have
    our time to lead.

Sylvia Lafair has written the user's manual to life for women. Too often we're stuck in patterns, and can't seem to find our way out.
Lafair's Gutsy is just thing to help us make connections and understand why we do what we do, and then transform.

Written in three sections, or rather steps. The first being observe, in order to change we need to see what is really going on. The
second step is to understand. Gaining knowledge on what we observe will allow for the third step which is transformation. That's why
we're reading this book, after all! It's time to stop complaining and wishing we could change things, and actually CHANGE them.

Lafair has a great gift to teach through anecdotes and inspire many. Gutsy is an exceptional book that will help many looking for
    CHANGE!
