    A reviewer

I am an experienced Special Operations Soldier and have worked out at Greg Thompson's facility in Fayetteville NC. The book is extremely detailed and professionally put together. This is a book that is great for Fighters of all levels. Notice I say fighters and not Soldiers. Unfortunately the content in the book is not really Hand to Hand Combative Techniques it is Mixed Martial Arts. Greg Thompson is excellent at Jujitsu and training Mixed Martial Arts Athletes, not training soldiers in real life practical combat. The title should be MMA not H2H.

    Practical and effective tehcniques

I am a Special Force's soldier and have worked with Greg Thompson. His book gives real and valuable information for both experienced and Novice fighters and those looking for personel defense. Great book and I use it for reference while instucting America's Elite!
