    I have two hamsters, and several other books...

    This book by far has the best information any book on hamsters can provide. It has a lot more information than any book I have read. And, I have two hamsters, one Classic Golden Male and one other Cream Bamded female. They are both tame and very happy, and this book might have helped. Another reason this book is really good is because it tells you exactly what your furry hamster is trying to say to you. If you pinch a small Golden hamster, it may jump out of your hands. I just learned to hold my bigger female on it's back into a little ball. I asked the storekeeper about doing tjis. They said fine as long as you don't pinch or squeeze them. And, the overall rating of the book is 5 stars.....

    This book is great, really 4 and a half starz

    Everyone who never had a hamster or does and wants reference should get this book. They teach you all illnesses and the great expectations with hamsters. 1 thing I dislike about this book is. They tell you never to play with your hamster in the afternoon when they are sleeping, this is false. You can play with your hamster and wake it from its sleep, but Im telling you now, DONT WAKE THEM EVERY DAY OR ELSE THEY WILL GET AGRESSIVE. but other than that the book is great with great cage, feeding and breeding info!
