Having been interested in model rocketing many years ago, and now returning to the hobby, I found this book to be the best single volume on the subject. The authors are very well known and address the subject in a manner useful to all levels of skill in rocketry and provide all the information needed for enthusiasts to not only have a general understanding of the principles of rocketry, but set up the capapbility to design and build your own rockets. The topic is fully addressed from basics to simple mathematics and the physics behind model rocketry. I would recommend this book to any and all rocketry hobbyists as an essential element for their library. An excellent tutorial and reference on all important aspects of the subject.
