Great Book! Every working mom should own this book!

Hands-Off Cooking is a must have! The book has easy recipes that are healthy and tasty. I bought the book becuase I love to eat but hate spending time standing at the stove. This book lets me multi-task, so I can cook and tend to other tasks as well. What a great idea! I really liked the Tamale Pie and Baked Salmon in Puff Pastry.
