David Sherman and Dan Cragg's popular Starfist series is military science fiction at its very best: breakneck pacing, great weapons and tons of action. The stories are centered on the third platoon of the 34th FIST -- the meanest, wildest bunch of Marines in the known universe. But once there, they uncover more than they bargained for... (Paul Goat Allen)
