Reminiscent of Leo Buscaglia's warm and insightful bestsellers, Happiness is a Choice offers Kaufman's clearest and strongest statement yet on the care and feeding of the human spirit. Exploring his belief that the secret to happiness lies within each of us, and not what happens--or doesn't happen--in our lives, this book is an uplifting look at this philosophy and provides six universal "shortcuts" to happiness.
Happiness Is A Choice highly.

This book gave me many insights into my own behavior, and helped me to change many of my own poor attitudes. The history of the writer's own family and life's experiences helped to set the tone. I found the book a delight to read, very true to life and down to earth. The use of examples to prove a point and to show reason for attitude change was very well done. I am more at peace in my life and a better person for having put these principles to work in my life.
