Beckett has Made me very happy

'Happy days' is one of the best things that Beckett ever wrote. It is a great bizarre monologue about : well a friend of mine says this play is about the void OR it holds the meaning of all S.B.'s work, GET up and go on with your life, no matter what. Arise therefore!!!

    Beckett's Happy Days

This play was very different from any other that I have read. The style of writing kept me intersted all the way through. Winnie's monologues covered so many topics that I was forced to read on out of curiosity. I loved Willie's occasional comments. I would definately recommend this play to anyone who enjoys reading more off-beat novels.
