I have followed the Happy Herbivore online for a while and was excited to pick up her book when it came out. I loved the Red Lentil Dhal and the Not-Tuna Salad. The black bean brownies are great, too!

I am new to being vegan, and this book has been a life saver! I also have The Happy Herbivore - 30 Minutes or Less. Lindsay Nixon has a talented way of bringing ingredients together into easy, fun, and delicious recipes! My boyfriend is a non-vegan, and has enjoyed every recipe we have tried.
In addition, Lindsay is the most responsive author and blogger I have met. She has answered all my questions within a few hours of posting them! Check out Lindsay's website, (in the book), for weekly meal plans, blogs on being vegan in the real world, and more!

I love this book! I grew up in a meat and potato family? I have Type 2 diabetes and am desperatly trying to find veg recipes that taste good. Most books have such far out recipes and unusual spices that I don't even know where to purchase them. This book I CAN FOLOW THE RECIPES? Thank you soooooo much!!!!!!!

Lindsay is amazing, and this book is nothing less. This is my go-to cookbook and everything is healthy and delicious! :)
