Much better books for emotional education

I bought this book to use in therapy with young kids to discuss emotional development. However this book was terrible for this. It implies situations should always make you feel a specific emotion for example it states shopping always make me mad or mirrors always make you confused. Basically saying shopping can never be a good experience or some people can't like mirrors. I had high hopes but this book did not deliver. I bought The Way I Feel which was similar and described and differentiated emotions without implying specific situations.
