I'm one of the biggest Deaver fans, however this book was hard for me to read because it was right down boring. I forced myself to read the entire book, but I feel that it was a waste of my time. On the other hand, I believe that some teenagers would relate to, and enjoy this book. I have read all of Deaver's books, and this is the only one that let me down.

I absolutely love Jeffery Deaver's books, but I was disappointed with 'Hard News'. I liked the Rune character but the story is not a page-turner.

Rune can't say exactly why, but she's sure he's innocent. If she can prove it, Current Events won't merely report the news, it'll make news -- and Rune's ...
