    King of the 80's!

Rick Springfield solidified his rock icon status with this album. Although the major motion picture Hard to Hold left much to be desired, the music remained the same. Hits such as Love Somebody and Don't Walk Away left fans with a more personal insight of Rick that had not been previously showcased. Rick's music not only complimented the motion picture but also exemplified Rick's ability to write music that could touch one's soul. This was greater fortified by hits such as Taxi Dancing and The Great Lost Art of Conversation. All in all, a good sound!
