My sister Camille is a wicked good witch whose life recently took a drastic turn. Menolly's a vampire who's still getting the hang of being undead. And me? I'm Delilah, a werecat with a very interesting love life. But life isn't all fun and games. We're on the trail of the demon general who has decided that we've become quite a nuisance.

It's Samhain, and the Autumn Lord has called for my training to begin with the Death Maidens...and I find that I like it. But we've got problems: werewolves are going missing, and a new magical drug, "Wolf Briar," is being used as a weapon. My dear Chase and I have come to a delicate crossroads, and there's no turning back from our decision. And most dangerous of all: Stacia Bonecrusher has put a bounty on our heads. Now it's a race to take out the demon general before she realizes the sixth Spirit Seal is within her reach.

    I Also Recommend:

Better Than Previous Installments, Pure Adventure!

I strongly recommend you read this series in order (Witchling, Changeling, Darkling, Dragon Wytch, Night Huntress, Demon Mistress and Bone Magic) prior to reading this installment. This installment was exactly the entertainment I was looking for. Surprisingly enough, this installment was not the fluff-job Night Huntress was. I was so disappointed in Delilah¿s behavior in Night Huntress, that it heavily influenced my prior decision after Demon Mistress, to discontinue this series. I was impressed at the transformation of maturity Delilah displayed in this installment. Her character growth was uncanny. Her priorities were straight, and there was entirely NO bimbo-action and pointless sex scenes from her. The story was a lot darker than Night Huntress and had a nice ¿who done it¿ type feel to it, with almost pure mystery. The ¿behind the veil¿ adventure of finding out more about Delilah¿s impending afterlife as a Death Maiden was both exciting and mystical. The situation with Chase and Zach played out perfectly and I couldn¿t be happier with outcome. I recommend this book to fellow dark urban fantasy readers and eagerly look forward to reading the next book Blood Wyne.

    Hmmm

Boring. Vampire sister comes off too damaged and uninteresting...also now that she is bisexual we get some really pathetic scenes with her and her gf having sex that instead of being exciting or illicit are just empy and sad. Think I will stick to the books featuring Camille

    Moon & Stars! Spectacular!

I have been hooked from the very first book "Witchling" and can't stop. I need to find out how the sisters are going to defeat Shadow Wing and find the spirit seals before the world of fae and human collide.

Sisters of the Moon series - intoxicating and addictive!

I started with one, not even the first book in the series, and had to find the rest. The books were an exciting change and escape from what we normally think of as romance. I like sci-fi movies. This Sisters of the Moon series, is a wonderful blend of sci-fi/paranormal and romance. And after a stressful day of events, Yasmin Galenorn provides a nice escape from work. And if you like mystery, she has authored a nice series in that genre. I hope she writes another one soon.

    loosing interest

Look, I greatly appreciate authors and their amazing gifts to take us to a different place through the written word. Sometimes however with series it just feels like so much of the same. Truthfully, I've enjoyed most of this series but I just couldn't manage to finish this book. It still sits on my nightstand only half read.

    traditionally amazing

She's done it again with Harvest Hunting! I don't know about any one else but the e book version of this book seem unusally short.

    Outstanding uban fantasy

    Harvest Hunting
    Yasmine Galenorn
    Jove, Oct 26 2010, $7.99
    ISBN: 9780515148534

Middle sister Delilah D'Artigo knows her natural instinct is flight not fight though she finds it ironic that she prefers to avoid a brawl as she is a shapeshifting were-cat and were-panther. Still she has been in many battles of late (see Bone Magic) as she knows sometimes you must wear the rubber underwear and stand up and fight as she has in her effort to prevent the evil demon General Shadow Wing from victorious domination.

She recently found out that she is to be a Death Maiden loyal to the Autumn Lord. Her training in her new responsibility has begun with the group's leader Greta as her mentor, but she continues her fight against Shadow Wing. Additionally, Delilah is concerned with what is happening to her former once human boyfriend Faerie-Human Crime Scene Investigation Team Director Chase Johnson at a time when a lethal magical drug Wolf Briar is spreading while the were-population vanishes.

The latest super D'Artigo Otherworld fantasy focuses on Delilah with her siblings Menolly the rookie vampire and Camille the goody wicked witch in support roles. The story line is fast-paced as once again all hell has broken loose on earth as this time the demon tired of the three Otherworld Intelligence Agency siblings intruding on his domination plans attacks and the drug epidemic turning pandemic. Yasmine Galenorn provides another winning entry in this strong epic as she continues to rotate the lead yet the support remains solid opening with Camille the polygamist marrying her third otherworldly spouse.
