    Very unprofessional

    This book is nearly impossible to read, in a completely literal sense of the word. No paragraph indents, inept punctuation, typos...this would be an unacceptable first draft, much less a professional work. I got a headache trying to read it. I blame the "publisher" of this low budget effort, who should have checked the e-book conversion before release. Wait for a better, readable edition.
