This is a fiction book based on real experiences of the author who is a ghost hunter. She does an excellent job of building tension between the characters and within the mystery.
The only problem I had was that 1/3 of the way through the book, a major character's name changes and changes back about 1/2 way through. I found myself perusing the part I'd already read to try to determine if I'd missed someone in the reading.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't go to bed until I finished it. The story of a ghost hunter who finds a hidden child believed dead, a serial killer still lurking, had me entranced. And, the ghost hunter is trying to find a lead on her own kidnapped child. Romance enters as two men, one a rival psychic, the other the town newspaper owner, both circle around her. She soon realizes that the ghosts in the house are warning her of danger, but who is the killer? As she contacts the ghosts, she realizes nothing is as she thinks it is, and a child believed dead is alive and has the key to the whole mystery. Now Grace, the ghost hunter, has to keep the child alive and trap the real killer before the killer gets to them both. The ending was unexpected, to say the least, and shocked me. I loved this book for the characters, the ghosts who seemed alive, and for how Grace had two men romancing her. It is also can bring tears to your eyes in parts. I hope there is a sequel. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
