Haunted Travels of Michigan (Volume 2)

A great paranormal book

This book really makes you feel like you're on a real ghost hunt! I liked the fact that it didn't just tell ghost stories but gives some interesting history and what happened on the investigation. I couldn't put this thing down until I was finished! The website is pretty awesome too. I went into every Secret Room and listened to audio, video and pics they collected during the hunt. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a good book of ghosts and the paranormal!

One of the best books on hauntings I've read!

It really seemed like I was right there during the investigation. I also liked the fact that the authors really put some time into the history and even threw in a little humor. An interesting, creepy good read! I would definitely recommend this.

Best Book Ever

I would like to tell everyone that these two books that Kathleen and her sister Beverlee wrote are both the two best books I have read. Kathleen and Beverlee both not only tell you the paranormal investigation, but also the history behind what happens. You learn so much from reading these two books. They have such much to information and history to share and when you buy these books they are also connected to the internet so you can view the pictures of the investigations. You are able to go to a lot of the sites in Michigan where they went. They are open to the public, which I just think is amazing. I just find these two ladies so amazing that they are willing to share their passion and experiences with all of us.

More than another book on ghosts. A must read!

My son bought this book before we left for a week-long vacation. He couldn't put it down until he was done. Then he told me to read it. Now, I'm not a big fan of ghost stories, etc. but, after a day of non-stop heavy rain, I picked it up and was hooked! This is more than another book of short ghost stories and urban legends. I can honestly say each story held my interest throughout. The history behind each story and reading through the authors' ghost hunting experience was fascinating.

I haven't looked at the linked website yet, but I can say the stories hold up very well even if you don't go to the Secret Rooms. I definitely recommend this one.

Fascinating stories of Michigan hauntings

Great history combined with actual investigations makes this book one of the best I've ever read. The website with video, audio and photos linked to each chapter is a fantastic idea and make the stories so much more powerful. Some of the evidence discovered and how it relates to the history/haunting of the place is incredible. Those interested in ghosts, hauntings and what it's like on a paranormal investigation need to read this!

Good book Very informative

Well written book that tells excellent stories and brings you right into the ghost hunt with the authors. This book does what many others are afraid to, it takes you inside the investigation process.

The website that goes along with the stories make this book that much better.

Excellent book on ghosts and hauntings

Well written book that tells excellent stories and brings you right into the ghost hunt with the authors. Each story give you a password/code that will get you into their website "Secret Rooms" where video, audio and photographic evidence can be seen and heard. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in great ghost stories along with true accounts of actual, first-hand ghost investigations. Website really makes you feel like your right there in the investigation. Some very convincing material here. Highly recommended.
