    Very entertaining and hard to put down!

    Essential Read!

    Great story with tons of application for everyday life. You'll find yourself taking notes while reading so you can apply the tips immediately in business or personal relationships. If you don't already believe conflict is healthy and leads to greater ideas and stronger relationships you will after you finish this book! Get started now, you'll be happy you did!

    Highly Recommend - It will change your life!!!

    A very practical guide to how to deal with conflict in a positive and purposeful way. Everyone has conflict in both work and personal interactions. This book will help you benefit from those conflicts!! I wish I had read this book earlier on in my career!
