    Nice Hawaiian music

We wanted music to remind us of the enjoyable time we had in Hawaii. This helped.

Hard to live up to the original...

It may not be possible to live up to the first "Masters of Slack Key" compilation by Dancing Cat records. Too bad... I was looking forward to another grand slam homerun. (You have no idea how much I was looking forward to another one like the first.) This album proved to be more of a single to right field. Reminiscent of albums that seek to provide cultural or historical samplers. If you are new to slack key, seek out the original "Masters of Slack Key" collection or one of Keola Beamer's critically acclaimed albums. Hard to go wrong with Keola Beamer. Wish I'd gotten his latest instead...
