Excellent novel. The book starts off good and doesn't let up. I have heard from friends who have read the whole series that this book has the least action of the four. I didn't even notice a lack of action. I thought the book flowed quite well and the characters were well written. I highly recommend this series (at least the first one). Well I am off to start the second book.

I picked up this book because it was fre d got what I paid for. It has a kin of interesting plot but he casual misogyny really drove me away. I wanted to like this book and made myself pick it back up and finish it when I first quit, but no luck. There are much better fantasy books out there. Keep looking.
