VG-NF/VG-NF. 1ST ED. 742 pp in English + ... about 30 or so in Hebrew. Text appears unread, although one page is wrinkled (during the cutting and binding process) and page edges have a bit of soilage. Dark blue cloth boards are tight, straight & clean, with no rubbing. White stamped lettering on spine is bright & clear. DJ has crease in front flap and a small bit of soilage on back; no tears or chips. Very nice copy of this book which contains "three dozen studies which range from biblical to modern times, and from ancient Israel to Modern Europe, dealing with biblical exegesis, Jewish medieval philosophy hasidic thought, that of Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook and Rabbi Josepah B.
