    The book and drops from InsideOut Wellness are excellent. Only my second week and I released 13.4 lbs, 6.5 total inches and my body fat is down 3.1 percent.  I have not been hungry, my weight has not stalled or have not had one headache which I did experience with the original protocol.  This new hcg plan rocks!

    I've done this diet twice and I wish this book was available the first two times I did the diet. The weight loss is about the same, but here are so many more protein options and it's so much easier. It's the only HCG book with NEW information. Everything else is just re-hashing the old diet that is already all over the internet. HCG 2.0 is so much better.

    I wish this book was available when I did my first round of the

    I wish this book was available when I did my first round of the HCG diet. I wasn't hungry and my weight loss was much more consistent. I didn't experience the stalls like I did on the traditional diet. And there are so many more protein options. The P/FC chart is great. I highly recommend.

    Finally someone has written something new on the HCG diet. This is a much better way to do the diet. The maintenance part is so much more comprehensive. I loved it and would recommend it to everyone.
