Meet the Author

Josh Freed is a writer best known for his Saturday column in the Montreal Gazette. He is a recipient of the Stephen Leacock Memorial Medal for Humour and a two-time winner of the National Newspaper Award as Canada’s best columnist. He is the author of Fear of Frying and Other Fax of Life, Language and Other Tales of Montreal Wildlife, and Press 1 and Pray. He lives in Montreal.
