A total guide for total physical/inner wellbeing

I'm surprised this book is out of stock. I hope it's not out of print. Queen Afua offers comprehensive holistic guidance to readers who are serious about their physical health as well as one's sense of peace and general issues that affect the way we deal with our life situations which stem from within. She offers many helpful hints for self-preservation, fasting remedies, male & female issues. Even recipes for addictions and HIV treatment. She's specific on fasting, colon health, holistic lovemaking, meditation & spirituality.

The best book on spiritual and personal health

This book changed my life. When reading it it gave me much peace. It allowed me to search within myself and find true peace and happiness through what I eat, how I cleanse myself and what I say on a daily basis. I recommend this book to all of my brothers and sisters.

    Getting Started In Healing Yourself

I believe this is one of the most important books to come along to provide the truth in how one can oneself through detoxification, self-love, understanding and dedication of wanting to heal in the most natural possible. We live in a world where pharmaceutical companies dictate over healing, and we are told to be codepedent on them because they have the healing substances to all your health problems. The media provdes them with the biggest spotlight while providing no spotlight to healers like Queen Afua. Queen Afua provides a mirror for the reader to look at oneself in the most realist way possible. She doe this by providing her own peronal story in the begining of the book about she suffered severe health problems as a child. This is something that I could relate to. Can you? Queen Afua has done numerous studies, consulted and included other voices who are experts in their field of natural health and healing. This makes non-one voice book. The book includes recipes, exercis, advise, suggestions, juicing(which I now included in my monthly deotxification), her clients success stories (which range from former drug addicts to overeaters), and much much more. If you are person who loes healing, who want to make a dedicated change(which QA provides small steps), or want the truth about foods that provide healing properities, I suggest that you add this to your natural health book collection. This is my first book I read by QA, and it will not be last. Queen Afua is more than a queen, but a healer High Priestess who remembers our ancestors ways of natural healing.
