    Very helpful

    During my grieving process I found this book to be very helpful with the many heart-wrenching things to thing about, especially during the first year. At times it was difficult to concentrate on longer books and although I read many, I found this one-page-per-subject book to be exactly what I needed more often. It helped confirm that although grieving is different for everyone, we still experience the same feelings and have the same questions. I continually purchase these books as I keep giving mine away to friends going through the same thing, and just purchased two for a friend holding a bereavement class.
