    So helpful and gentle

This is a masterful and resourceful book that clinicians will find enormously helpful in their work with trauma survivors. Clients can utilize the workbook to develop the skills and awareness necessary for healing. This book represents an important integration of trauma theory, the body and spirituality in a way that offers guidance and hope in our work with trauma clients. Rita Hayes ,LCSW, former Clinical Director of the World Trade Center Rescue and Volunteer Program at Mount Sinai Hospital Faculty, Trauma Studies Center, ICP.
