    A Different Hepatitis C Book

    A Different Hepatitis C Book

Although there are many excellent books about hepatitis C, there is a lot of overlap and repetition. Healing Hepatitis C differs from these. It speaks from the heart, yet it is informative. It particularly addresses the needs of patients who acquired hepatitis C through injection drug use. However, it has value for everyone because it confronts the fears many patients feel when considering treatment.

Written by Diana Sylvestre, MD and Christopher Kennedy Lawford-this book weaves a story for its readers-one of hope and inspiration. Told from two perspectives-Sylvestre is a physician who treats hepatitis C patients and Lawford writes from the patient's side. This book beautifully describes a typical hepatitis C patient's experience with stark but amusing honesty. Healing Hepatitis C is for everyone touched by this disease.
