Meet the Author


Franciscan priest Richard Rohr is founding director of the Center for Action and Contemplation in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is best known for his numerous books and audios and videos. He currently lives in a hermitage and gives retreats and lectures internationally. Cistercian monk and priest Thomas Keating established a program of ten-day intensive retreats in the practice of Centering Prayer after retiring as abbot of St. Benedict Monastery in 1981. He is founder of Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. and its spiritual guide. He participates on an international level in religious dialogue and is also a well-known author of books, audios, and videos.
