    A Great Overall Introduction

    This book was a great introduction to reiki. It covers everything from the history of reiki, to choosing a master, to photographs of the hand positions. It also respects the sacredness of the symbols and does not show pictures of them. I found this especially helpful to read prior to receiving the Reiki I attunements. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning more about reiki.
