This was an extremely helpful book for me. It helps you discover the hidden truth of abuse & realize you weren't actually crazy & discover what you lived as normal daily life was actually very unloving & abnormal. It helps you to see & make changes in your own life & for the lives of generations to follow. I do hope they will make another run of these books & B&N will shelf them because it is so helpful! This book would be a great gift to give to anyone you love that you know has experienced emotional abuse. It's LIFE CHANGING!!!
