IF YOU HAD/HAVE A NARCISSISTIC PARENT? THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU!!!

This was an extremely helpful book for me. It helps you discover the hidden truth of abuse & realize you weren't actually crazy & discover what you lived as normal daily life was actually very unloving & abnormal. It helps you to see & make changes in your own life & for the lives of generations to follow. I read this book about 10 years ago(?) & passed it on to my sister. Just found it that it is in NOOK form. It's a must have & will re-read this book in hopes of more healing. This book would be a great gift to give to anyone you love that you know has experienced emotional abuse. It's LIFE CHANGING!!!
