    Incredibly Helpful

I found this book in 2002 after my best friend's mom died unexpectedly. As I began to read it, I was overcome with my own unfinished grief from previous losses I had not grieved sufficiently. These practical ideas allow you to express your feelings and honor both the one you lost and yourself. This book is a great companion to the healing process. I returned to this book after my grandmother died recently and once again found great comfort in it.
