Meet the Author

Timothy Caulfield is the Research Director of Health Law Institute, a professor at the University of Alberta, and a Senior Health Scholar with the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research.

Barbara von Tigerstrom was the project coordinator for the Health Law Institute in 1999-2000 and led the Institute's health reform project in its first year. She is currently working towards her Ph.D. in the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge.
