The book got a little repetitive after the first few hundred pages. Over all it had a lot of information. I took a lot of things from it.

I think this has like 1700 pages and is really worth it from all the healthy information included in it.
I recommend this book for anyone wanting to achieve a healthier life.
Talks about heart disease which was the reason I bought it.

I live my life to the extreme and try to stay healthy. This book is a great book.
It seems to have been written a couple of years back but had excellent information on how to keep fit and healthy. The what to do's and what not to do's.
