    I loved this book!

I could not put this book down - they were describing me on every page! I was one of those 'good, kind, generous' girls who always gave to others, but never gave to myself. These authors really seem to understand my need to please and my lack of self esteem. They write very clear and easy steps to start living differently - not by ignoring others needs, but by taking care of my needs and being honest with myself. I believe that many people, especially women and parents, could benefit from this book.
