This book takes a new approach to an issue many of us deal with daily. Cindy Goulding takes an ingenious approach of involving the family and keeping everyone accountable for their weight loss. The beauty of this approach is that you do not have to add time to your schedule to do many of the activities. You are able to spend quality time with your family while you taking steps toward a healthy weight. I highly recommend this book. It will not only help you with your weight, but it will also strengthen your family.
