A great read! Informative and entertaining.

Like the author, I have suffered a heart attack at a young age and have had family members who died too young. This book provides the foundation for preventing heart disease in the future, and for just having a better all-around, more enjoyable life. Any of us who went through the horrors of a heart attack know exactly what the author is talking about, since our stories share so many similarities.

    An uplifting and informative book

A wonderful, detailed book which should be required reading for every heart patient. I made sure my parents read this book cover to cover. It's imformative, yet very comfortable and easy to read. It's hard to put down, you almost forget you're reading a health book. I think this can motivate people and save a lot of lives.
