Anthology of humorous (and true) anecdotes about work

Hello, Do You Work Here (collected Peter Simeti) is an anthology of humorous (and true!) anecdotes about odd things that have happened to people at work. Most of us, who have worked in customer service jobs, can relate to the predicaments in which these contributors have found themselves. The stories range from the outrageous (a frame store customer hiked her dress up far enough for the clerk to see she was not wearing underwear) to the absurd (the produce manager, who was yelled at by a customer looking for fat-free grapes). The book is a quick and entertaining read, and as an added bonus, it's fully illustrated, which adds another layer of fun!
