I live in New York City with my daughters (2 and 4) and they absolutely adore this book! I have given it as a gift many times and it has always been a big hit. I even donated a copy to the little library at my 4 year old's preschool. Thank you for this lovely treasure David! Will we be seeing books for any other states in the near future? I have family in South Carolina, maybe that could be your next one:)

    Hello, New York City!

I was excited when I saw this book on your children's book shelf. My son, a former New York City resident, and his wife, are having a baby, and I know that he wholeheartedly wants his child to know about the city he loves. After reading the book, I knew it! The illustrations were animated but realistic; bright, and engaging for a child. The pictures that were chosen included everything that people love about this city. The words were so fitting for NYC; the greatest city in the world. Reading it through a child's eyes, I know that they will love it, and want it read over and over again. Treat your child to an interesting and engaging book about the big City! It's a wonderful treat for a child's library. David Walker, any chance for a follow up book?
