I thought I knew it all when it came to hiring nannies and housekeepers. After reading 'Help!', I realized how many mistakes I was making from working with resources for hiring, figuring out my needs and creating the right job description for my household, selecting the right candidate, to setting boundaries while maintaining a good working relationship. This is a wonderful, informative and comprehensive guide for the entire hiring process and has all the necessary forms to do it yourself. In addition, there are child care and cleaning guidelines along with emergency procedures. If you hire household help, you will be happy that you read this book. Was this review helpful? Help...How to Find, Hire, Train & Maintain Your Household Help is the most comprehensive book I've seen on the in's and out's of hiring domestic help. As someone who has hired domestic help over the years, I thought I knew the ropes. I didn't. Ms. Perrone's book showed me the error of my ways. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about hiring or about to hire domestic help. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
