So who is this cranky, clingy, picky, screaming, biting, hitting, not listening rambunctious little being that is trying to rule your world?.....Your Toddler, Of Course! Yes, he’s adorable, but what a handful. Where are the instructions?

Toddlerhood is all about becoming independent. Toddlers have never-ending energy and immediate gratification is the name of the game. They want it their way and they want it NOW!

So what’s a parent to do when they won’t take their finger out of their nose, refuse to use the potty, bite and hit their baby sister, won’t go to sleep, throw themselves on the floor in the grocery store and so many other charming behaviors? Help! My Toddler Came Without Instructions…Every Parent’s Guide For a Happier Child can help.

What Makes This Book Unique?
• Each chapter is set up in an easy-to-use list form. No cumbersome reading here. Parents just need to go down the list and choose the tip that best fits the problem.

• This book will easily fit into a purse, carry-on or diaper bag.

• Each tip is pediatrician-approved and parent-tested.

• This book not only has great tips, but parent-friendly charts to help with potty training and positive reinforcement. Also included are checklists to use when interviewing nannies, preschools and babysitters as well as recipes and fun activities to do with toddlers.

• This book contains tips for “Keeping the Magic in Your Marriage” as well as dealing with proud but meddling grandparents.

• I have used each and every tip in this my book for the past thirty years and know they can help make those toddler struggles disappear. No fluff here.

The chapter titled, Toddlers Gone Wild contains over forty tips to calm down your rowdy little angel. Tips that include setting up daily routines, using a kitchen timer for activity transitions, offering choices and so much more.

And the forty+ tips in Mr. Sandman, Bring Me Some Dreams will have your toddler snoring before you can count to ten. Warm bath versus bedtime snack, night-light versus total darkness, music versus white noise machine- this chapter will answer all those questions along with many others.

It’s My Potty and I’ll Try If I Want To will make potty talk the envy of your friends. And let’s not forget, Take Your Finger Out Of Your Nose with “hands-on” tips for those embarrassing toddler moments.

Also included are Breaking Up With Your Binky, Mary Poppins, Are You Out There and I Promise I Won’t Meddle are just a sample of some of the other great chapters in this book.

Help! My Toddler Came Without Instructions is guaranteed to make life with a toddler easier and a lot more fun! It’s a must-have book for every parent’s library. And I know you’ll agree, there’s nothing better than watching your amazing toddler reach his or her milestones while learning about our big, wonderful world.

This is a terrific book for moms who are frazzled because their toddler seems to have decided he/she is in control and wants to do everything now, no matter what mom says. Toddler won't go to sleep? You'll find lots of tips to send him off to dreamland here. How about those wonderful social graces they pick up from somewhere, like picking their nose or even worse? Yep, there are several proven ways to train for good behavior here. And have you experienced the joys of potty training yet? You should have this book before you ever start that ordeal -- your life will be a whole lot easier, I promise. Then there is preschool -- trauma for mom and toddler, and a lot worse if you pick the wrong preschool. Having taken care of over a thousand babies and toddlers in preschools in her career, Blythe knows exactly what you should be looking for, and the hidden danger signs of a preschool that should send you running, not trusting them with your precious little one. These extensive tips alone are worth so much for your peace of mind. I give this simple and easy-to-use book my highest recommendation as a psychologist.
