Catherine Marshall's books, including her fictional novels (Christy and Julie), have inspired me more than anything else I've ever read and even been more helpful to me than any sermon I've ever heard. This book is no exception. Catherine was very in tune with being led by the Holy Spirit and always saw the spiritual in everyday events. This book zeroes in on that very thing. The Bible encourages us to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to walk in the Spirit and be led by it, but many churches no longer emphasize that and instead focus on practical solutions. If you're thirsty for more spiritual living, this book will usher you in that direction.
